• We reserve the right to change the dish to another with equivalent value without prior notice.
• Goldkist Beach Resort is simply relaying the catering information to external caterers to assist guests and is in no way involved in the actual catering. We will however assist the guest in their requests as much as possible despite this in an attempt to statisfy our guest.
• Caterers are required to declare that they hold a valid catering (for all dishes) and Halal certificate (for malay dishes only) prior to allowing them to cater for our guests.
• Caterers who recieve negative feedback are looked into seriously and changed if required.
